Recipe Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 crushed clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper to season
Preparation and cooking instructions
Put the oil, the vinegar, the crushed garlic clove and a
little salt and pepper together in a jar and shake vigorously
until well mixed.
Pour over the salad and very carefully, so as not to bruise
the salad, toss until all the salad is lightly coated with
the dressing.
You may wish to experiment with the quantities of oil, vinegar
and garlic used, to suit your own taste.
Tip: The oil used in salad dressings is generally olive oil
and the vinegar is generally white wine vinegar or red wine
vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
