Preparation of a healthy salad
First cut the chicken into thin strips and then place in
a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Prepare, wash and
cut-up the celery into pieces about half an inch long. Add
the celery and the mayonnaise to the seasoned chicken and
stir well until all the chicken and celery are well coated.
On a serving plate arrange a bed of lettuce leaves and
then spoon on the coated chicken and celery.
