Recipe Ingredients
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped ham
½ an onion
Salt
1 dessertspoonful oil
Ground spice
Basil
Garlic
Preparation and cooking instructions
First grill the tomatoes, then skin them and mix them with
the chopped ham the onion half, a little salt, the oil, a
little ground spice and the basil. Then put this mixture into
a saucepan and boil. Whilst boiling add a cut clove of garlic.
Then remove the garlic clove and pass the tomato sauce through
a sieve.
