Recipe Ingredients
6 oranges or 1 pint of juice
1 tablespoon of gelatin
1 pint of cold water
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of boiling water
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by soaking the gelatin in half a cup of cold water
for ten minutes. Meanwhile put the sugar into a large heatproof
pitcher, add the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Now
add the remaining cold water. Next squeeze the oranges and
add the juice to the pitcher. Then when the gelatin has dissolved
add this to the pitcher. Strain and then pour into a suitable
container. Freeze.
