* Cover the top of the jar with a dampened cellophane circle,
and tie to hold in place or use a rubber band. Soft string
can be used.
* Wipe jars clean
* When cold label your jelly .
* When labeling, it’s advisable to write the date the
jelly was made and the kind of fruit used.
* Store in a dark, dry and cool place.
