Recipe Ingredients
1½ pounds trout
Salt and Pepper to season
Melted Butter
Softened Butter (to butter the aluminum foil)
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by washing the trout and then drying on paper towel.
Then place the trout in the middle of a well buttered, largish,
square sheet of aluminum foil.
Brush the trout with plenty of melted butter, season with
salt and pepper, then loosely wrap it in the foil to form
a parcel, ensuring all edges are sealed together.
Place the trout on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof dish
and bake for approximately one hour at 275°F (140°C).
