Fish
Seasoned Flour
Olive Oil (or oil of your choice)
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by washing the fish and then drying on paper towel.
Now dip the fish into seasoned flour. Pour enough oil into
a frying pan (skillet) to cover the base of the pan and have
a little depth. When the oil is hot add the fish and then
reduce the heat and fry until lightly browned turn the fish
over and fry the other side.
Ensure the fish is cooked through before serving. Serve immediately.
