Recipe Ingredients
8 large apples
Approximately 3 ounces of brown sugar
Approximately 3 ounces of raisins
Preparation and cooking instructions
Pre-heat the oven.
Wash the apples and dry them with kitchen paper. Next mix
together the soft brown sugar and the raisins.
Then remove the apple cores and fill the apples. Now with
a knife slit the skin around the middle of the apples and
place each apple in a baking tin.
Pour about a quarter of an inch of water around the apples
and bake for about an hour or until they are tender at 400°F
(200°C).
