Recipe Ingredients
Chicken joints
A third of a cup of flour
Salt and Pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
olive oil (or oil of your choice)
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by sifting the flour, salt and pepper into a bowl,
then put this mixture into a large plastic bag. Now add the
chicken joints to the plastic bag and shake until the chicken
is well coated with the seasoned flour.
Fry in hot oil, turning frequently, over a medium heat, in
a large skillet (frying pan) for approximately twenty to thirty
minutes or until cooked through. Drain on crumpled paper towel.
Serve hot. Alternatively, you can also serve fried
chicken cold at picnics.
