Recipe Ingredients
4 Chicken joints
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
¼ cup of olive oil (or oil of your choice)
Preparation and cooking instructions
First preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Put the chicken joints, with the skin side up, into a baking
pan. Now pour the oil over the chicken and then sprinkle the
chicken with the crushed garlic and the salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for approximately one hour, or until cooked
through.
