Recipe Ingredients
2lb of lean ground (minced) beef

4 hamburger buns, toasted on the cut side.
Preparation & burger cooking instructions
Put the ground beef into a bowl, add the salt and a little
pepper. Mix together and then form into four patties. Brush
with a little oil and grill (broil) under a preheated grill
for four to seven minutes, depending on how you like your
burgers.
Serve in hamburger buns, with or without onions, sliced gherkins,
tomato ketchup and mustard along with lettuce and sliced tomato
on the side.
