Recipe Ingredients
A quarter of a cup of butter
Half a pound of chicken livers
Half a finely chopped onion
Two hard boiled eggs
A touch of Tabasco
Preparation and cooking instructions
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the chicken livers and
onions. Turning frequently fry gently, until the chicken livers
are cooked through. Transfer to a food processor or blender.
Add the eggs and Tabasco and purée until smooth. Serve
the paté on canapés, crusty bread or crackers.
