This is a simple recipe but it has a combination of flavors
and textures that just seem to complement each other really
well.
Recipe Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Brioche
Toothpicks
Preparation and cooking instructions
Cut the Mozzarella cheese into small pieces.
Toast small cubes of brioche.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Take a toothpick and thread
half a cherry tomato, followed by a piece of Mozzarella cheese
and a cube of toasted brioche.
Arrange on a serving plate on a bed of basil leaves, lightly
drizzled with olive oil.
